This bank is an absolute joke. How are you going to make people wait "in line" outside in the rain. Especially when you have 3 people at the front desk doing nothing and the security guard gossiping with one of the tellers. This is definitely not a thing at any other bank ive been too lol. Better yet, their atm only functions 10-20% of time, I know from experience. Terrible location also right in the heart of Ferry/Grand Ave. Terrible place to store your assets.

Horrible branch. Last time I went they wouldn't give me a roll of quarters for a 10. Also Bob is the most unprofessional person in that bank. Constantly complains about a headache and he doesn't get paid enough. Continuously lies and yells and is a person who is unable to work with. You can check the cameras. He needs to be replaced soon before he causes a lawsuit. Strongly recommend a different bank branch.

I'm giving this location a 2 star rating for 1 reason; NO DRIVE UP ATM!!!! This bank is located in a sketchy neighborhood & shares a lot with a dark, enclosed, unattended parking structure! Conveniently located near my work it's easy for me to hit the ATM to make my deposits on my way home. During normal business hours I can attend to my business by either going in the bank or to the drive up teller. But after business hours or on weekends I now avoid this location. You have to pull into the tiny cornered off parking lot and walk to the outdoor ATM. Being a woman alone I've been approached on several occasions for spare change, money for cigarettes etc...WHILE STANDING AT THE ATM DEPOSITING MY CASH! At least if I'm in my car I can roll up the windows and lock my doors. They really ought to do something about this.
