“A beautiful store filled with all sorts of memorabilia, appliances, clothing, media, and more from the 20th Century and sometimes other older stuff! Walking into this store is like walking into a time capsule; There is so much to find you could get lost for hours trying to spot everything! The merchandise is well taken care of, despite the sheer amount of merchandise the store is easily navigable and open, and the staff are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about many of the wares' history!Overall, even if it's just to immerse yourself in the beauty of the past, this store is worth stopping into! Everything is fairly priced, and there's a clearance rack that pops up from time to time!”

“This is a wonderful place. This is a family owned business. His repairs he has done for me were phenomenal. Jewelry prices everywhere are based on the prices of precious metals. Every purchase was in a nice jewelry box. Mike is always going the extra distance. I had a ring that I wasn't sure what the stone was and he willingly checked it for me. It turned out to be a lab created stone. The department store I bought it from, the tag said stone.”

“I am OBSESSED with this place! There is something exciting to find everywhere you look. I visit New Haven annually and always set aside at least an hour to visit Lou Lou because it takes several laps around the store before I even see everything. I get tons of compliments on the accessories I buy there and it’s always a really pleasant place to shop. Kira, the manager, is helpful and attentive. It is one of my most favorite shopping destinations and I look forward to it far in advance. The prices are affordable, the pieces are long-lasting and there are styles for every taste. My only complaint is that their website is not updated enough so I can buy from them even when I am far from New Haven!! I could not recommend Lou Lou in New Haven highly enough!! It is a MUST visit destination when in New Haven.”
