She thought I left and got on the phone with her family and called me out my name multiple times. Just dragging me because I didn't know something. Ive been going to jh for a decade now and this was the worst. Won't be going back to state st. She really nice to ur face but when u "leave" she talking ish. Her name is Tonya I believe.

I came in a little apprehensive, having done my own taxes for so long. However this time I had a couple of forms I wasn’t used to filing and the associates at JH were more than ready. Went here to do my taxes today and to my dismay the tax preparer was AMAZING! Marie was very knowledgeable. She got me credits and breaks on things I didn't know I was eligible for. Mari also showed me how I should be filing for my taxes. Im very grateful for her services. THANK YOU Marie!
