I had a problem with my suit order, which was delayed because of UPS. Lucy was extremely helpful and solved the problem super quickly, offered a good alternative and was very transparent from the beginning to the end. Besides, she was of great service to try different suits, etc. Thanks!!

Amazing location, super convenient walk from downtown or Yale. Staff are always very helpful. Had a confusing situation with a gift card, the staff, Megan and Luis, didn't stop until they had it figured out.

Customer service has always been great here! And they carry a good proportion of J. Crew's catalog in store for trying on in-person.
