Do not I repeat DO NOT use this company … I called initially and was given a price based on the location mind you I’m less than a mile away from the company itself and was told 30 minutes . price point I was given was $185 pricey however I was in a very dangerous spot on the highway. 2 hours later recieved a phone call saying they are on their way was asked again what’s my vehicle make and model information that was already given then they proceeded to tell me that it’s an extra $100 because of my location mind u where it’s being towed is less than 3 miles away they are con artist don’t ever use these people they saw it was a company credit card and took advantage

Waited 15 minutes in one of the worst places in New Haven at 10pm in the freezing cold. Man on the phone was not clear or kind. The driver who showed up and pleasant and helpful. Government and corporate collaboration is fascism according to Mussolini. Don’t forget.

Called at 8:30 in the morning, at 9:30 they said they were an hour away and at this point I could not cancel or get a refund. Called again at 12:30, they said they were 15 minutes away. Called at 2:00, they said they were dropping my car off at the destination, but they did not contact me when they arrived at my house. Had to take an Uber to drop of my keys for service. My tow was not marked to be unattended, but they moved it anyway! Don't use this service!Service: Car towing

Terrible service. VERY Late. I called to get a tow to an auto shop 1 mile from my house. They estimated maximum 90 minutes. The tow truck didn't arrive until 3.5 Hours later. I called several times after the 90 minute mark and they repeatedly told me the driver was 30 minutes away.Service: Car towing
