Oh my gosh. Where do I start !? Cute store, immediately welcomed with open arms , almost felt like I was visiting family. My and my partner came for Kimbap and immediately they were on the counter, wrapped in tinfoil with a heart sticker. Really really delicious ! They had a big selection of items in closing chips, soups, drinks, and other fresh foods. The woman working was so nice when I was walking around and asked me I was and she was so sweet! There’s a beautiful dog that is so calm almost looked like a big plushie ! Friendly workers, calm and welcoming environment, definitely going back each chance I get ! ❤️??

A gem of a store in New Haven. Lots of fresh produce, and asian groceries + snacks that bring back endless nostalgia. Support local business such as this, you wont regret it. PS the daily fresh kimbap <handrolls>are indispensable

Best place to get fresh kimchi in New Haven. Owner lady is super sweet. The prices are also reasonable. I shop here whenever craving for authentic Korean foods and ingredients.

Tons of options in sauces, seaweeds, ramen, snacks, appetizers, candies, plus some drinks. The owner is very sweet and friendly, and sells homemade kimbap every day. There is also a very cute store border collie. Love coming here, great if you're looking for something only asian markets carry or just a quick snack and look around.

Wow! The 김밥 was the most delicious I’ve ever had - it is definitely made with love, the heart sticker holding the foil in place lets you know! The owner was so kind, and I love the cute pup. There were so many things I’ve not seen in other Korean markets, and the selection of fresh Korean dishes was great. The raw marinated crab made my day. I will definitely be back!

there’s a huge variety of groceries and snacks that you won’t find most places, the lady at the counter is extremely nice, very cute dog, and the fresh made kimbap is delicious

The cabbage kimchi was incredibly good, one of the best I’ve had. I will purchase again. I also purchased some ramen noodle, all really good! The store owner is also very nice.

Delicious kimbap rolls as well as excellent fresh homemade kimchi available. Excellent selection of Korean vegetables. The owner is so nice. It’s a great experience every time I go to stock up on some of my Korean cooking essentials.

The owner is such a sweet lady, she makes the kimchi fresh and it’s better than anything you’ll buy at the grocery store.. she has all the Korean ingredients for cooking even fresh vegetables and she also has raw marinated crabs there. Definitely will recommend going here before going to a larger chain Asian market
