This is the 1st i ever had a bad experience at this goodwill location. The manager Lenette is very ghetto and also 2 other workers. I was waiting and waiting for manager to come to front as worker called so i can get in dressing. 1 worker comes from back in unpleasant tone 1st saying who looking for some name she said. I had no idea who she was talking about. Then she says well maybe dressing room out of order. Umm it has no running water so why would be out of order. Eventually i went to mirror because still no manager and then she comes loud from back yelling ..WHAT'S THE PROBLEM over and over. ....Loud! Then gets in my face screaming and yelling pointing her fingers in my faceas if she going to attack me and i asked her repeatedly to get out of my face. Then the west indian worker started getting in it too loud all the way from register. They acted very unprofessional over a Customer wanting to use a dressing to try on something before purchasing when there is 2 rooms. It felt discriminating also. A manager de escalates not escalates a problem. I could not believe how aggressive she was in my face. Which could have gotten out of hand. LENETTE needs to be fired!

I consistently donate to goodwill for YEARS. I bought stuff for a family member from there and they were not interested. Tried returning because it says they take returns on their website and they would not take back! Waste of money and so disheartened that after how much I have given in the past they choose to treat others like this.

Beware this isn’t a retail goodwill. It’s a center. I made the mistake of going there to shop but was told that it was a center that provides programs and services, pretty cool but not a store.
