Shady business! If I could I would give a 0 lady at counter is rude! Told me $1100 to get my car back? Was in an accident and got a tow cars not even totaled? $1100??? BBB is gonna love to hear this!! Come down in these guys hard!!

This company is pathetic . They came to tow my car from an accident and is now asking me for 1100 dollars just to get my vehicle out . They don’t wanna give me and of my property from inside the vehicle , or the plates. If we decided we didn’t want the car they are charging us 600 dollars for us to give them the title and for them to scrap the vehicle .

Towed my car for the city of new haven. Parked during a snow ban, that's my bad, but they lost my car for over 14 hours telling me they never towed it even though I had them on camera. On top of that that used a regular truck instead of a flat bed for my BMW X5 ruining my transmission, somehow they also damaged my steering rack, and bent my rear left control arm and air ride suspension. I called 3 days In a row trying to get some help and was told I'd get a call back before EOB each day to no avail. Will be suing this company for damages. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. Clearly they just throw it around and don't care. All my stuff was thrown around inside and for some reason my jumper cables were out of the package so I guess they used those while they were at it. Absolutely remarkable.

AAA could have towed me faster, has much better customer service & doesn’t charge me over a grand to tow a car practically DOWN THE STREET. Let’s not talk about the fact that the woman that works at the front desk has a horrible attitude, no empathy or compassion whatsoever. Snatched the paper from my mother after signing for belongings they REFUSED TO GIVE. This company is only after money, does not care about it’s customers at all. When the car was towed the lady was extremely rude over the phone, refused to talk to me & the owner of the vehicle, kept hanging up in my face so me & my mother finally came in. She screamed in our face, threw me & my mother out of the office & refused to give us our belongings. My mom cried in this woman’s face, begging for her belongings, you think someone who has “had ovarian cancer” would have an ounce of compassion or empathy, but no. Far from it, that woman is just downright disgusting. Believe me they’ll be hearing from my lawyer & I will be contacting the DMV as well as the BBB because what they are doing is ILLEGAL.

As far as business practices, this place is the lowest of low. as close as highway rubbery as can be. less than 24* and they wanna charge $960. Girl at front desk needs to be sent back to reducation for customer service coz she has zero. The rudest person ive ever talk to on the phone. I will be contacting DMV and commision of dealer license towing. Expect a visit because im gonna follow through , i hope your papers all in order. Front Desk Needs to be fired.She is horrible and disrespectful.

Called multiple times to get someone to let me in to take pictures of my car to submit to Tesla for collision repair. Each time they said they will contact "The driver" to give me a call. 6 hours and 2 more phone calls later, still nothing. Do *NOT* use them if you can help it.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Got into an accident and my vehicle was towed to Fountains by the police dept. Tow driver was very respectful and Jess at the front desk was very informative and handled everything professionally. Thank you in this hard time.

Fountain's Garage LLC is committing FRAUD and I intend report this business to the State of Connecticut and to all transportation counterparts within Connecticut as well as the BBB! Manuel (If that is even your real name) is sheister who thinks that he doesn't need to explain his invoices or services properly. If I had known that me going to college and being a tax paying citizen would result in being treated like less than trash I would have gone into the towing business where I can legally commit fraud and treat people less than filth and be paid TOP DOLLAR for it! The invoice (if you can even call it that) which I have attached is filled with FRAUDULENT charges and errors. The clown of a person working at the front location acts as if "she doesn't want to give you a hard time" while giving you a hard time. By immediately dismissing you by telling you either A) Your registration is Expired, B) The owner of the vehicle needs to be present C) Your form of payment is not good enough because of "chip malfunction" on the card or "the owner of the card needs to present" D) Who is the owner of the card being used as form of payment because they need to be present also E) You need the title to a vehicle that is over 20 years old-When in CT you don't get titles to vehicles that are OVER 20 years old. These are all things that the CLOWN is fully aware can be resolved by looking in her DMV system or by common general knowledge! or if you provide NOTARIZED letters by the proper owners.These are all STALLING tactics to keep YOUR vehicle in their POSSESSION longer so that they can continue to RUN the TAB up in order to charge YOU more and then ADD additional fraudulent charges! The postings of charges they have in their DUSTY SPIDER COB WEBB office are all OUTDATED! and are illegal to even have posted when they are OUTDATED by the State.The invoice that I received was hand written by the CLOWN and as you can see is filled with errors. In addition to a fraudulent charge of Mileage. I was charged an EXTRA HOUR of a tow charge of $300.00 dollars. I spoke directly with the DMV who told me I should have by LAW only been charged for the 1 hour minimum! THE CLOWN only removed the 10 dollar mileage charge when I pointed out that the extra hour of mileage should have been removed MANUEL proceeded stumble and fumble over his words and first told me the tow REALLY took 5 hours then told me the tow took 2 hours.In the photo you see the CLOWN with her fingers on the invoice. That's her SNATCHING the invoice back as I'm trying to take a picture of the FRAUD that is being committed in front of my EYES!Overall I wish I could give this company ZERO stars! The junkyard dog they have would probably run a more reputable towing business!

I was told that I would have a wrecker on site in one hour. The driver arrived in 40 minutes. The driver introduced himself and told me what to expect. Mario (driver) was extremely polite and knowledgeable, couldn’t ask for a more professional experience. The equipment that towed my truck and trailer was 1st class, 2nd to none. Thank you all for meeting and exceeding expectations. Thank you Mario!

Work truck got towed after accidentally parked in front of someone's driveway and had to figure out who towed our only vehicle. That wasn't the issue. We talked to an officer and figured out that Fountains had been the company to take it. So me any my brother/coworker thats an amputee had walked 3 miles to get here at 7:30 and no one is at the office. We called multiple times to get the same answer, "we will have our driver come to the office to release the vehicle and he should give you a call soon". Waited half an hour and called back to hear the driver saying he had to go to a call and he would be at the office in a hour and a half. Waited 4 hours (12:00 am) and no show. Called again and the driver texted saying he is finishing up and he would be with is within a few. It is now 2:15 am. Still waiting on any form of in person contact while sitting in the office waiting room. Its one thing to vocalize needing time for a business to run its operations, but its another to be lied to multiple times. Mind you we vocalized that we live 8 hrs away and have no vehicle to get anywhere. Very absurd service
