if I could give no stars, I would stay away!!! I dropped off my laundry, and when I went to pick it up, my brand new gain detergent was missing. I immediately informed the attendant named Sally, who was nice and informed me that the owner had washed my laundry as she had been out for a few days so to call back in the morning. When I called back the next day, I left a message and never heard back. I ended up leaving a few messages over a few days. No call back and no one ever answers. I finally had the chance to stop by and informed the same woman who I dropped off my laundry, with who turned out to be the owner’s sister that my detergent was missing when I picked it up and she proceeded to speak to someone else who turned out to be the owner, her brother. Initially I was told that he authorized paying me back so I proceeded to stand there waiting for 5 minutes as she disappeared outside I presumed to get the cash from him? She left to the back where the food truck was parked and came back in telling me the exact opposite that he said he already spoke to me at which point that was a LIE since I never heard back from anybody! So I proceeded to go outside to the food truck parked in the back to speak to the owner myself named Joshua, who was immediately extremely defensive and confrontational saying that whatever I gave them was given back to me although he was NOT present whatsoever during any transaction! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing over something extremely simple that could’ve been easily resolved he literally started to yell at me at which point I yelled right back , I cannot believe this POS had the audacity to behave that way being a business owner. He has no business ethic nor general kindness whatsoever didn’t want to take any accountability and I told him that I was going to leave a review one way or another and yet he continued to argue with me at which point , I told him I would never go there again and tell everybody to stay away he was extremely evil individual and ONLY cares about the money bragging about how he supposedly owns other businesses which I can only imagine are just as deplorable as this one is. NEVER have I been treated that way by any business owner!

Best place to wash ur clothes. The machines are of good quality. The Person over there is very polite. ( Must mention... He guided me well being the first time visiting a laundry).It's very cheap compared to the services.

It’s about 8:30 in the morning and the lady that is working currently I came in to wash my clothes I live down the street and she automatically question what I was doing as if I wasn’t washing clothes she was very rude and made the environment uncomfortable. I have never used your services but walking in wasn’t very a delightful first impression. Sucks
