One of the most difficult companies I have ever dealt with. I would not even have given one star, except for the employee, while being unable to provide any help, was still being very nice throughout my 2 hour call, unlike the previous few employees I spoke with.

STAY AWAY.....these young kids don't have any idea what to do with YOUR money. I went in and saw Flay and told him since I was retired and much older I don't care if I make any money JUST DON"T loose any money. Well looked at my statement today and lost $55,000.00, Don't use Fidelity Investments!!!
