Person working behind the counter in the grey UConn Husky sweatshirt was so unpleasant. Not sure what was going on in this store before my arrival. When I arrived the place was empty. The woman that helped me didn’t greet me just asked me to answer questions on the screen and asked for my id she went on to ask about my address when I informed her that I had a QR code. She replied “why didn’t you say that when you came in.” Just a very somber atmosphere. Very rude, didn’t greet me when I walked in. And after that the other employee who was dressed appropriately let me know that my item could t be shipped because it had duck tape on it. I guess UPS is now my preferred shipper.

Come here ask if I can take passport photo,They don’t even check any,and just told me they are camera was out of power, and I asked about how long it would take to wait, I started to wait, he said it should take an hour, I told them I was willing to wait, he said they would close business at 7:00pm, I thought we should have enough time I am here5:00pm, if he did not want to take pictures of me, he could directly refuse me, instead of using this way.Racial discrimination is everywhere

Gia was so nasty and disrespectful to me. People like her are really miserable. Soon as I walked in, I greeted Gia and I asked her if she would assist me because she was slouching and on her phone so I assumed she wasn’t on the clock that’s why I asked but she was. She proceeded to give me an attitude multiple times all because I asked if she would assist me and then charged me for a box on a return that I didn’t even have to pay for because the company I was returning it to already paid for the box!! I still offered to pay for the box even though I didn’t have to because I just wanted to get out of there. I proceeded to keep my calm but then she had the heart to yell at me told me they don’t take Apple Pay and then kicked me out the store. I never experienced customer service like this in my life. She messed up the shipping label and tracking, scanned it, and never finished since she kicked me out. Now the package is showing up as if it’s in fed ex possession and it’s not. Gia energy was so draining!!!

I really appreciated Johnny's help and knowledge about the store. This place was way better than staples lol. I loved the staff's energy. Also my flyers came out perfect!

I left the store with a smile on my face, and walked a few blocks before even noticing that it was pouring rain! Lou not only went far above and beyond to help me with my print job, he absolutely made my day and lifted my spirits with his excellent energy and commitment to being an amazing human. He assessed my needs and took action to address them (exceeding all expectations) without even a moment’s hesitation. It’s people like Lou that make this world a lovely place to live in, and if everyone were to approach their jobs and human interactions the way he does, we could truly create heaven here on earth. It’s not the size of the task, it’s the amount of heart that goes into it. Lou—is all heart. This guy deserves a raise, a promotion, or both. Kudos to you Lou, you are the change we all wish to see in the world. Keep being you.

Great staff. Great customer service. Never to busy. I'm normally in and out in a timely fashion. The only downside is finding parking.

I went there to print some documents today and had trouble sending them through the print and go email. Luckily for their exemplary customer service I was able to printer what I needed and continue with my day. I would recommend the folks who work there to anybody.

This is the second time I was here and they had the same issues. I came into the store and the cashier ask me what I need , I tell her happy returns and I have 2 QR codes that need to be scanned for a label, she tells me happy returns is down right now, I say ok and wait about 15 minutes for her to finish with the customer in front of me to finally get to the resister for her to scan my code and tell me the QR application isn’t working ….

Everytime I order and fedex is delivering, I have to go and pick up my package. Every other shipping company leaves it at my door or in the building. I get things shipped for a reason and no attempt to deliver was made because I waited all day and no fedex only ups who kindly delivered inside the building. It’s annoying when your tracking says on the way and then says it’s delivered elsewhere.
