I contacted this store spoke to some spainish young lady who I contacted to have a item transferred to a closer store in my city. This young lady requested my contact details and promised a follow up that day regarding my concern. She took my personal information and failed to follow up regarding the process. Same young lady I called back next day 02/24/23 answered the phone. This young lady had phone ring all the way to voicemail and answered while voicemail was turning on. This call was recorded on your voicemail at this store, as I digress this young lady had opportunity to provide excellent Customer Service and provide a resolution. She began to get snappy at me because today she began to tell me a different story relative to my inquiry from what I’ve been told by her on previous call. She began to tell me no we don’t transfer to other Eblen locations without actually verifying this information. I explained I had this done previously she began to respond in a snark manner as I expressed my perspective. I spend at least 5k with this store a year on Polo, Nike and Timberland. Me and my family have been going to your destiny syracuse location for so long. I can see this store is headed out of business. Poor quality service all around the board from lazy employees!! I will seek out other options to buy the item and you will not have a returning customer in the future.Headed to Bbb and YouTube to leave reviews to make sure you address this issue !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!All your reviews say the same thing terrible employees!!

Only one worker that was already busy while the rest was standing around help me when I ask the other worker he had no clue on how to help. When it comes customers make sure they leave happy ask if they need help instead of following them around the store. Most of the clothes are out dated and over priced. Do Not Shop Here. Dollar tree is 5 times better
