Staff were super friendly and helpful! Everything was super cute, quality, and locally-made. My mug was carefully wrapped and put in a gift bag with a ribbon color of my choice, all for free! (Except the mug, of course.) If you're looking for high-quality local New Haven gifts or souveniers with great customer service, this is the place to go. :)

The store is super cute and we love the items there! I wanted to take my family here to shop for gifts when they were visiting this weekend. However, we ended up feeling extremely uncomfortable and left. The employees kept hovering a few inches directly behind us and following us throughout the store. I understand wanting to prevent stealing or being ready to help customers or whatever the reason was, but we were unable to comfortably shop. Extremely disappointing.
