I had good experiences at cvs, when entering its always clean, the shielfs are always fully stocked offering an array of items not just pharmaceutical. The manager greets as many people as he can, with a delightful ? and conversation if needed.. his staff is well trained and know their jobs. It's delightful to visit this cvs , I enjoy it every time I visit.

The pharmacy should really be open an additional hour since the entire pharmacy staff, apparently, has to take a lunch at the same time in th middle of the day. I don’t think 8pm is unreasonable to stay open until so people don’t have to brake their necks to get there to get their prescriptions.

I go to CVS at 1150 Whalley Ave in New Haven all the time. I was followed around by a man who obviously work there. I asked him why he’s following me after about 5 minutes then he asked do I need help. Once I said no and asked why was he following he stated I’m doing good customer service. I get my prescription here and go to this location probably once a week. I was so annoyed I put everything down and walked out. I will never go there again. Yep, I called corporate to complain too. Tired of spending money with these racist people.

We've probably had 30+ transactions at the pharmacy, and I have to say they are unfailingly helpful and polite. Our prescriptions are ready promptly, they always notify about interactions, they are courteous, they go out of their way if you're having a question with insurance, and the autorefill process goes more smoothly than it did with our old pharmacy. Plus, the hours are decent and the drive through line actually moves. No place is perfect, but given the number of people they are helping, and how stressful the job is, I think they've been great.

My minor child was scammed. He purchased a visa gift card that was already used in August 9th at 7:50pm . I believe employees are stealing and doing unethical practices. Supervisor Marie was rude and dismissive and didn’t want to help me resolve my issues. This makes me very angry knowing CVS is allowing these shady practices. Please investigate this matter and the employees. I’m sure this isn’t their first time stealing from customers. I DO NOT recommend shopping here

Adriana, the pharmacist, started off our conversation very rude and defensive with a hateful attitude. She actually hung up on me when I asked why she was so angry with me. I understand that people have “bad days” however, Adriana was shockingly nasty and perhaps should have taken the day off or at the least limited her communication with humans today and stayed in the back instead filling scripts.

Louise at this location and the pharmacist are wonderful but Bianca has zero customer service. She is so rude and has a superiority complex. She should not be working with the public!!!!

This pharmacy is completely inept. Several times they have been late filling my prescriptions and when I questioned them the male pharmacist was very rude. The other staff does their job as best they can, but you can only do so much with bad senior staff/management. I movef and had to transfer to this location. My old pharmacist would have reached out and informed me of medication being unavailable or if they needed additional information. This group doesn't care if you get what you need. There is no personal care or attention to individuals. Being a behemoth of a company maybe I shouldn't expect them too, but my last pharmacist worked at Walmart and still gave that personal touch.

I just pulled up to this location and it's closed! The hours online and on the door clearly say store hours are 8:00 am - 9:00 pm so why is it closed before 8:30 pm???

I've been going to the CVS before it moved across the street for over 25 years.In The last 5 years does CVS has gone downhill especially the pharmacy.They are completely overloaded they don't have enough staff drugs unavailable when they need to be .I have started to slowly transfer all of my prescriptions to rite aid which is a mile and a half further than the CVS but I can't stand it anymore.Today I was in the store and the music was so loud I couldn't even hear myself think and my wife and I were trying to have a conversation deciding on which item to purchase and we couldn't hear each other.
