The girl at the front desk on Church St was seriously rude and disrespectful, cutting me off mid-sentence. Wanted to add a new line, and she was gonna hit me with about $95 charge! But then I swung by Grand Ave and met Edwin, who was an absolute legend in his assistance as I was also able to spend way much money there!! If I could give This review zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate.

I came into the store for help I got help either with the district manager here who also went out of his way to help and all on their own time they went out of their way and I'm very happy with the service here and I wouldn't recommend the store to everybody

I've always had a great experience with the Cricket store at this location, but I wanted to give a huge shout out to Brian, who helped me replace a phone on Monday, and who helped me with accessories today. Not only is Brian helpful and knowledgeable, but he radiates kindness; his interactions with not just me but other store customers show a level of caring that goes beyond good customer service.Thanks for all your help, Brian!

I received a good treat during my visit at the the store located in 87 Church's St New Haven, The manager and staff are amazing, Damon, Adiel and Jasmine !! Excellent customer services !

I went to cricket this morning to upgrade my mobile Hotspot and the Worker @the time was Damon and he was just so Generous told me about plans that could benefit me and my Family with the payments it was Great, I would Recommend everyone to Go in and check out Damon, and the Rest of the Employees!!!!!
