I went in to open an account without appointment. Made one to come back, everyone was very nice and helpful, got a great feeling. Second time going there in four years. Went thru drive thru maybe two years ago and the guy working was great. I recommend. I spoke with Karen. Nice Lady.

Signed up for a Sapphire travel credit card here in anticipation of traveling for my honeymoon. Got scammed with a phone plan while in Italy. Once I was home, Chase refused to refund me what the phone had charged me. Baggage also got lost for 3 days in Ireland. Once home, I filed all the paperwork that was asked, but then Chase refused that, requiring another form proving I got my baggage back. Which had been a rushed signed paper by the guy who dropped off my baggage, so I was never given a copy. I have cancelled my Chase sapphire credit card. If you are looking to just use it to avoid foreign trasaction fees, go for it. But do not expect the "benefits" to actually be honored.

RECENTLY THE BANK I DID BUSINESS WITH CLOSED THE AREA BRANCH. I NEEDED ANOTHER BANK NEARBY. I VISITED CHASE, 149 AMITY RD. WOODBRIDGE,CT.. IT WAS A GOOD LOCATION , FOR ME, AMPLE PARKING, AND GOOD STAFF. CHASE BANK OFFICER AMIE HUSSAIN HELPED ME START AN ACCOUNT. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL , HELPFUL AND KNEW THE PRODUCTS WELL. Always courteous and accommodating staff. Never had any issues with this branch or their ATM be it in the entrance hall or inside by the tellers’ counter. The atmosphere is pleasant and and inviting. The waiting times depend upon the customer volume. At times there is no waiting and at times there might be a reasonable delay.

Drive up ATM is ALWAYS broken!! The only reason I come to this specific location and it's always aggravating driving up to see paper on the ATM saying OUT OF SERVICE. Do they not have a maintenance department?!

While I was traveling for 6-months out of the country in Europe I had unauthorized charges to my credit card. When I returned to the USA, I immediately contacted Chase Bank to report the fraud. My credit score in the meantime dropped by more than 100 point.
