“I had to get. Rental due to an auto accident. Not my fault lol. I was allowed to get a Corolla which wasn’t my style I choose to get a Rav 4 instead and pay a bit extra daily I was ok with. The first one I got first day had a slow leak on the tire. Right away they scheduled a swap out for me at my convenience. The team here is amazing. Thanks for everything.”

“Last week Avelo delayed my flight into Tweed by 4.5 hours. I've learned when flying Avelo, that is what's to be expected. Fortunately the Avis/Budget employee went above and beyond and worked well past his closing time of 11pm and was able to provide me with a car when we finally got in well after 1am. Hats off to the Tweed branch of Avis/Budget. He made a lot of people's awful night a little better.”

“Really like this location. Have a membership and rent here all the time. Just wish they’d answer the phone when I’m trying to call and extend my rental because they put a restriction on the rental everytime so I can’t extend it in the app or with customer service.
I have to take the extra inconvenience to drive there and walk into the office for 2 seconds. Really annoying especially being such a frequent renter and never gave them any issues. They even picked the phone up and hung up on me a few times for calling.”
