“I had to get. Rental due to an auto accident. Not my fault lol. I was allowed to get a Corolla which wasn’t my style I choose to get a Rav 4 instead and pay a bit extra daily I was ok with. The first one I got first day had a slow leak on the tire. Right away they scheduled a swap out for me at my convenience. The team here is amazing. Thanks for everything.”

“I rented a car this past Wednesday night, my flight was delayed for two hours due to weather conditions. When we arrived at the airport the person had quite a few rentals to fill. He filled all of them to the best of his ability, he was kind and understanding considering the situation. I myself was not the best customer and took my frustrations out on him (completely unnecessarily and I would rate myself with negative 5 stars) but he continued to be extremely professional and respectful. If I could take it back I would. I want to apologize for my behavior, but I can’t get through to their direct office. I urge anyone who is reading this to take note of my error and lack of preparation; hopefully they will learn from me and put themselves in their shoes. The people behind the desk are just human like all of us and they have feelings too. Please don’t do what I did, properly prepare yourself for your trips and don’t take your frustrations out on the people behind the counter they’re just trying to help.”

“Really like this location. Have a membership and rent here all the time. Just wish they’d answer the phone when I’m trying to call and extend my rental because they put a restriction on the rental everytime so I can’t extend it in the app or with customer service.
I have to take the extra inconvenience to drive there and walk into the office for 2 seconds. Really annoying especially being such a frequent renter and never gave them any issues. They even picked the phone up and hung up on me a few times for calling.”
