In my opinion better designs than the bookstore next door. They have many unique small items like stickers. Don't forget to get a 15% off coupon at Yale Visitor Center on Elm St.

We have worked with Campus Customs many times. Ariel is the best. She has created online stores for fundraising. She knows exactly what will sell, what is good and will make recommendations. We also get a fundraising kickback towards our Little League. This business is the best at what they do and will go above and beyond to keep customers happy. We love Ariel and the Campus Customs family!!!

The store is right next to the Yale bookstore. It has a lot of unique apparels, accessories and souvenirs, both for Yale academic departments and sports teams, that are not available in the official bookstore. Prices are understandably high, got a magnet that was around $16. They customize a lot of the items. Quality of the products vary based on their types. The store is mostly clean, but feels little cramped due to smaller aisles.

Company immediately charged credit card August 14th. It is now August 21st. No order number or tracking number. No one answers telephone, voicemail box full will not accept any messages. Extremely difficult to reach anyone. When you finally do by email. They are to busy to assist, Really bad customer service. Will definitely not ever use again. It’s all the customers fault. They accept NO responsibility.

Be aware. No returns!
This place absolutely takes advantage of the fact that people are going to find a better quality product next door at the bookstore after shopping with them first. I purchased a couple items at Campus Customs but immediately found better selection and variety at Barnes and Noble next door. Within the same hour of purchase I tried to make a return to campus customs and was notified they do not offer refunds only store credit. Pretty much out a hundred bucks. This policy was not made prominent and in my opinion is archaic.
NOTE TO OWNER: customers can’t see the sign notifying them of this policy that you have taped on the counter since we are laying clothes and items down on top of it at time of purchase.

Initially received a misprint:
Black player name on black fabric. Huge unexpected AT&T logo. Design is .5” away from collar.
Received a response in 24 hours on a Sunday that they were sending a replacement.

Poor communication. NO ONE IS ANSWERING PHONES OR RESPONDING TO EMAILS!!! We've tried several times to contact the company about an order that was placed but has yet to receive or get a shipped email. My coworker ordered 2 jerseys same day as I and they received their's 2wks ago. At this point I need to cancel because the game is soon and yet I still can't reach anyone in any department.

Horrible qualityCertainly, here's a refined version:Certainly, I can elaborate on my experience. The blanks from Port and Company shrink and roll after washing, which is disappointing. Considering that better options are available, it's surprising to tolerate such poor quality, especially at a premium price point. Please let me know if this issue gets addressed. Thank you!
