My friend’s wheels got messed up in this place. He owns a supra. Owner trying to say that it is not their problem. Someone who’s supposed to be expert at detailing in this place is saying that they might have used a cheap chemical that’s color green, that peeled and stripped the paint of the wheel

Went the brothers hand wash for years. This time with new wheels on the car. They damaged my wheels with their chemical they use and refused to take accountability for it. The chemical they used on my wheels caused the coating to come off. Owner told me “I’ve been doing this for 15 years, it’s not my fault. I don’t know what to tell you”. Never sending business to them again and will be making sure everyone I know knows what they did to my car. These were brand new wheels from Titan 7. I’ll put a picture of the before so you can see what they did to my wheels. They lied and told me it was oxidation and were dismissive about fixing it.

Directions on google maps takes you down the road to splash automated car wash. I did not want automated but hand wash. So I looked up again and it was down road behind a Sunoco gas station. Car wash was fine. Drying the cars they should have tents or something as car bakes in sun and leaves spots before they can towel.
