I had an amazing experience at Bridal Trousseau. I picked the private Champagne experience and I had a blast!! My friends and family came to share my joy and Yvonne my stylist was amazing. This was my first bridal shopping experience and I was very fortunate to have found my dress on my first try. The options are great and I have recommended a few of my friends who are getting married to come here. I can’t wait for my dress to arrive and to be able to wear it on my wedding day .

I had a mixed experience with Bridal Trousseau, possibly due to bad timing with a seamstress quitting mid alterations but unsure. The positives - beautiful shop, everyone, especially Emily and Yvonne were TOTALLY lovely and kind and reassuring. I think they have beautiful dresses for reasonable prices and I’d definitely recommend them for dress purchasing!
My alterations, however, were the most stressful part of my wedding process. It all worked out but as an out-of-state bride, I wish I knew 1) I’d be expected for nearly weekly alteration appointments the entire month of my wedding, a pretty tough trip to make while working full time in NYC 2) Appointments are only available Wednesday evenings, with nearly no flexibility. 3) The alteration schedule was much tighter than I was comfortable with - perhaps due to circumstances, but my second fitting was rescheduled to be 3 weeks before my wedding. The timeline discussed upfront vs what they executed on was different and this caused me a lot of anxiety so close to the big day. After the first fitting, the dress was taken in so much it could barely zip. I was told “my waist was 2 inches bigger” than the month prior, despite me gaining no weight.
The dress was beautiful in the end but the alterations were unnecessarily stressful and last minute.

I had a private champagne appointment with Emily, and it was so much fun! I was able to find my dream dress, and my fittings went great as well. Everyone was very nice every time I came in or called. I would definitely recommend getting your dress from here!

Emily was SO helpful and patient with me while I figured out what exactly my dream dress looked like! Not to mention patient with the crazy crew I had with me too!! Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Bridal Trousseau. My stylist, Yvonne, was very helpful, patient and honest. She made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed/pressured with choosing a dress (which is how I felt after visiting another bridal shop). I found my wedding gown the first time visiting bridal trousseau. I would definitely recommend every bride to shop here.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Trousseau! It was my first bridal appointment and I was a ball of nerves. Yvonne immediately made me feel completely at ease. They had a welcome sign set up for me, and she had pulled some of the dresses that I sent her so that I could try them on. Throughout my appointment, Yvonne was warm, patient, kind, and really listened to my feedback. Although I did not end up purchasing my gown from them, I truly cannot thank her enough for making my experience so memorable. I highly recommend booking an appointment here!

I had a lovely experience with Yvonne at Bridal Trousseau! After two appointments at other places, I had found a dress online that I really wanted to try and Bridal Trousseau had it in stock. They were able to fit me in just a few days later and my fiancé and I went together when the store opened. Yvonne was so warm and welcoming, helping me to find the dress I wanted as well as pulling a few similar options for comparison. I liked their setup -- a cleverly arranged iPad meant I could see the front and the back of the dress at the same time in the mirror. After deciding to say yes to the dress, Yvonne was so celebratory and helped us handle all the ordering details. I highly recommend shopping at Bridal Trousseau!

Had a very positive experience. Made an appointment to try on veils since I had already purchased a used dress online. Vera was extremely helpful, personable and welcoming. The veil I ended up choosing had been discontinued, so they let me buy the sample one in the store for a great discount. If I were shopping for a dress would certainly come here!

Jodi's guidance and encouragement made the entire dress shopping experience a joy.
