Best experience ever Tyler was a great salesperson-knowledgeable and
accommodating and best of all no pressure. When we sat down to negotiate we expected a usual battle but that was not the case. Chris, the sales manager, was great to deal with. He came up with promotions we did not even know. No hassle. We had the best experience there that we have ever had in 54 years of marriage. You should go there and ask for these two gentlemen
You will not be disappointed.

Very poor customer service in the service department. The staff was rude and tried to keep vehicle for more storage fees.

My original review was for Hartford Bradley Internal Airport, I am not sure how i posted it here for Brandfon Hyundai. This dealer is wonderful. They are extremely friendly and the facility is well kept and beautiful. The management is careful to make sure things are done correctly. A great place to purchase from, get service, or work for.

John M made the entire delivery process a breeze. I had submitted an inquiry online for a new vehicle and less than 48 hours later I drove it home. John communicated with me over the course of the first 24 hours, where we hammered down the vehicle options & finances. I went in the next day for my scheduled finance appointment & was driving my new vehicle home in under 1hr. Thank you to the whole team at brandfon, and specifically John, for making this the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had!

Customer service the worst. They are interested in the sale only. After your warranty is up bring it anywhere else for service.

They are taking forever to fix my car. I towed it to branfon hyundai after it was stolen by the Damn Kia Children. All it needed was 3 windows and for them to fix the ignition. It has been 2 months and my car is still there! Now, the insurance company blames them. They blame the insurance company. The head of the service dept. N----e won't call back. My insurance company called 5 times in one day and never spoke to N and with promises to call back each time and no call back. I call same thing. My husband calls...same thing. Poor service. I ran out of rental days. I have no transportation. I am tired!

No words can actually define the dealership of branford hyundai.
They have astonishing way of treating there customers. Answering all the queries till the delivery of vehicle, process remains simple and smooth. Special kudos to there new employee - Noah Jerolman. He is a true gentleman who knows how to pave out a smooth path for customers. His friendly and caring approach made the process very easy for me.
