Let me start by saying this.... I paid for service so I can use my phone and since day one it's been a complete nightmare. I had the lg stylo4 which glitches and ended up only working for about 3 weeks. When I paid my bill shortly after the phone blacks out and I call customer service just to be left with 0 options for a resolution and then they had the nerve to say we don't have many options we just have monthly options but we're prepaid. They told me to call lg and when I did lg says that they can't replace my phone but they can try and fix the malfunctioning phone. Low and be hold it would take 2 weeks to repair leaving me a paying customer without a phone. 1. This is a prepaid service that's supposed to be merged with sprint but they have no options for there damn customers and the service sucks a*** 2 there are plenty of prepaid services that replace phones accept for the low low budget kinds. 3 the lack of customer service and concern for there customers experience with there company is slim to none. When you provide a service to a paying customer there always should be some type of alternative or solution that will benefit said customer. Bottom line don't get boost unless you want to be without service for most of your bill cycle if not all!!!!
