I was there last week and I love the service from Mary and Jerri. They were so polite and so friendly. When I had an issue, both of them jumped on it and they were able to resolve it within minutes. I'm very thankful for these two. Highly recommend this place!!!

I cannot thank Biometrics enough, particularly Rachael and Gerri, for the very positive experience I had while having a leg brace made for my elderly aunt.The leg brace has given her the ability to walk again and has given her back her independence. Every step of the way from when I first called, to the day the brace was completed, the process went smoothly and efficiently due to the caring and professionalism of Rachael and Gerri. Thank you both for such an amazing experience!

I never really make bad reviews, but it's deservedI made an appointment at the beginning of March and they were booked a month out. (Which, is a little annoying, but it's fine, I understand)HOWEVER they then called to cancel it AFTER 5PM, THE DAY BEFORE my appt, because they were missing paperwork from my doctor.Because it was after hours, I didn't even have the chance to try to call my doctor and get them what they needed before my appointment.There's zero reason they couldn't have contacted me with enough time to get them whatever they were missing before my appointment. They had a MONTH to communicate this with me and chose to wait until after hours the day before. Very unprofessional and careless.

I get a call today after 5 weeks from my son getting casted for his braces. Now that his braces are ready they tell me that they are missing paperwork and my insurance will deny the braces without the paperwork . they should have told me 5 weeks ago when i came in i would have everything done. They mentioned a Dr my son never saw and said he was seen in Feb 2021. He been going to the same dr for 4 years so i dont know what they are talking about. His dr and PT are on the same page in regards to him needing braces. My son has sensory issues and now i have to go through a whole recasting with another facility. This is the 2nd issue i had with Biometrics and only been with them less than 3 months. Im not sorry for cussing out the girl on the phone . i deal with customer service and this place is horrible. They dont care about their patients at all.
