I went into the bank an everyone was so friendly and respectful Especially a banker by the name of Kiani. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had.

Bank of America punish you right when you need them the most. I had a check needed to be deposit right away for some lending process but asked the teller and she said let me see put your debit card. They saw my checking account had less balance she immediately said no you have to deposit. I use this bank as a primary for bills and DD and been using over 10 years but always disappointed by them. It's time to try their neighbouring bank chase bank.

This branch gives me nickels in their roll quarters. No problems with hamden or downtown new haven branches but this one. I've reported the issue a year ago and they still messing it up. Today I get two rolls quarters one was fine but the other had 8 nickels so I am out $1.60 smh.

Comically inconvenient hours (10am - 4pm) and closed Saturday and Sunday. The drive thru ATM was not in service all throughout the pandemic which was also inconvenient. I can't comment on the tellers or service because I can never get there in the 30 hours a week they're open.

4:03 and all the employees standing around, I go they drive thru to ask if they are open tomm to open me a new account. Everyone inside white that’s looking at me and refuse to come to window to answer my question. Meanwhile a white Woman that obviously came at closing did a transaction at drive thru. They act like they are scared of Black people. What was I going to do to them at window.? Sad. Black people stay away. Another example of how they treat us in 2022. Then being a disabled Veteran, the worse. So I go in store and leave out, and guess what.? Someone getting service at drive thru. Amazing! They not even trying to hide the racism and bigotry.

Whenever I have a "banking need" this branch continues to disappoint. Always people complaining about something that the teller or manger does something that seems to help them and not the customer. Just seems like they don't care other than to get a paycheck. I was told to call ahead and see if they can help me so I didn't have to drive. Was on hold for over an hour, I don't recommend BofA to other people every again after this branch experiences. I would recommend this branch be shut down ASAP.

I normally don’t use that branch bc I live in a different town but had to conduct some business there. I deposited a large check along with a smaller one and specifically told the teller to deposit the small check in my checking and the larger one in my savings. He deposited both in my checking. When asked him to reverse the transaction he could not and now my money is missing I have a negative balance. I’m so upset right now I could cry…

The host who welcomes you is a very nice person, but you need to do a better job with your tellers. I specifically asked one teller to make a deposit into my savings, only to find that she placed it in my checking. And then another teller was extremely rude! I'd rather drive further to the orange location than to deal with this!

Person seemed like she didnt wanna be there, I was in the drive thru. Once transaction was complete she gave me items and walked away. No thank you, not knowing if I needed anything else. Just left me sitting there. Bank Of America has really lost me. I'm think I'll be moving to Chase after 13 years with Bank Of America.

The staff there is so rude, we went there to do the notary, they didn't want to do for us. Their attitude was so unfriendly, I am so disappointed with their service and won't come to this location again!
