Friendly greeting by the staff.Unfortunately the “male” teller needs to appreciate the customers.Rude to the customer before me as well.Apparently we disturbed him by going to his window.Probably won’t return to this branch.

One of the worst run banks I’ve ever been to. Always busy and they never have enough tellers. This is just completely unacceptable. They have five teller windows at this specific location and they only have two tellers on a Saturday morning when everyone is doing there banking! Unbelievable.

I had a five star experience with the frontdesk staff, and later with specialist Jeisye Lassus. She was knowledgeable, resolved the issues I was having with the bank at that time, and helped me prepare for future issues. I appreciate and admire the team's hard work. I would have loved to fill a customer satisfaction survey for them but did not receive one.

Mala atencion en el autoservicio 3:45 pm la luz del autoservicio esta prendida . Seí±ora que atiende el autoservicio solo con seí±ales y un mal modo me manda a dentro a cambiar el cheque adentro Es SEGUNDA VEZ QUE PASA (yo tengo hipoteca con ellos de cheques y cta de ahorros) espero mejore!
