This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. “Pissed off as I bought 4 new tires and only recieved 2 stem caps..missing 2 on the passenger side, couldn't figure out why those tires were slightly lower than the drivers side. So sick of being taken advantage of! Other than that, they do remarkable work..just sickening that I have to replace items that I originally showed up with !!”

One employee there helped me with motor oil because I saw online they had one brand for only $4 however when he checked apparently it was some sale because it was pricing at almost $10 he went back and forth checking every motor oil they had on their shelf to find one that was around the $5 price and after checking about a dozen types he found me a motor oil for like $6 & because I needed to buy 5 quarts he also ended up helping me by using a discount they offered really just going above and beyond to help me out with my purchase. I now always use this particular Napa store for any things auto related I ever need or questions I may have.”

I backed up on they carefully loaded the pallet onto my truck no problem. Returning the core axle was equally easy. I would definitely buy quality used parts here again!”
