Great family owned business. I've had several of my cars serviced here. Always honest and straight forward advice-much appreciated!

I honestly advice people not to use this shop service because he’s a ripoff and not honest at all
I have been doing services with him referring to the owner for years spending a lot of money thousands of dollars and he cheated me
He is very greedy and charges a lot of money even though than car dealers
I have nothing against him but I am telling the truth do not use Aquila Motors services simple

They've taken excellent care of both my vehicles when they've needed repair and maintenance. And the shop dog, Huckleberry works very hard to greet customers.

Aquila Motors is an absolutely phenomenal mechanic! Incredibly friendly service, and their work is as high quality as it is efficient. I’ve taken my ‘05 Subaru there several times, and despite me worrying that my car was on its last legs, Aquila has consistently pulled through and made it possible for me to not only keep driving it, but for it to drive better than ever.
They’re honest, they’re nice, and they’re outstanding mechanics all around in my experience. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had a check engine light come on and they could see me right away. They took care of the problem quickly and for a reasonable price.

I gave them for 4 stars cause they try get you to buy all dealers parts so your bill stays high and they make more work so your obligated to pay.... they cut the gas lines an want you to pay to replace them at your expense but just because they see lil rust

The shop charges an arm and a leg for labor and parts. They charged 130 dollars per hour for diagnostic time, and charged 120 to 130 dollars per hour for labor to change brakes. It takes them 2 hours to change brakes and an hour for diagnostic time, so multiply that. The parts themselves are marked up , i.e. the price is double the price of a regular auto parts store - there are no deals here. After paying close to a thousand dollars I came home with an engine light on. The only thing they price reasonably is an oil change, which they did not even do. There is nothing exceptional here, only exceptionally feeling ripped off. The brakes feel soft, not firm. The good ratings are misleading. Should have read the bad ratings, they seem accurate.

These guys are always so sweet and accommodating; they were able to get me in and out for my tire patch and did a great job. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two for most repairs and they've always taken great care of my car. This is a family operation and the care shows.

Go anywhere else but here to get your car repaired. I have taken my car there 3 times and repairs were not completed. Replaced spark plus in the spring and they ended up using the wrong ones. Had to have them replaced by a Volvo certified mechanic who told me the wrong ones were used. Another time they were to replace an axel. Had the car for 3 days while they figured what size. Told me they had to do some research and they would get back to me. They never called me back. Ended up they put on an axel that wasn’t the correct size and the car broke down. Never said anything to the new mechanic. They saw that the wrong axel was used. Never ever use this place. A complaint with the BBB is pending
