If I could give this “company” 0 stars I absolutely would! My husbands vehicle was towed and he was majorly injured in the car accident and his vehicle was towed to this location. I called to verify what documentation I would need to bring to gain access to the vehicle and the woman in the front desk with blonde hair was disgustingly rude when I was extremely kind trying to help my husband get articles out of his vehicle that he needed for work when he is fully healed. The woman proceeded to talk over me, told me I needed a bill of sale, a title and drivers licenses and when I stated to her why would a bill of sale needed to be provided if the title had my husbands information. She proceeded to becoming aggravated and stated I would need to pay $750 just to look at the vehicle and access it, which is insane because the car is completely totaled and I just wanted to get the rest of my husbands work items out due to him still being hospitalized. She then became more annoyed and basically hung up on me because more than likely I told her how to do her job. If you God forbid are in a car accident please AVOID this location at ALL costs and go to any other place. More than likely this company is family owned so the front desk attendant won’t be spoken to but trust and believe I will be leaving reviews on every platform so people can avoid the aggravation I have had to endure. Trust me there are WAY more other tow company’s especially in this location. You will have a much better time dealing with.

The worst place I have ever visited and not because of the tow truck fee but because the Karen who runs the business treated me so badly that I wish no one else had to go through that.

Terrible place , RUDE PEOPLE, careless, all they want is your money, if they cared maybe they’d have more respect… Lady there disgusting and Maybe she has a terrible life but no need to take it out on others… the reviews are terrible and I see why…. Lack of respect and empathy for people who really have no control over bad situations…. Police will call this place first at hand obviously because they’re probably getting a percentage from this place But we need to find a way to get this place shut down together as a whole!!!!!

ZERO stars! My car was stolen a week ago, the police recovered it and had it towed to Anthony’s. I came by today to inquire about my vehicle as well as obtain payment information needed for insurance purposes. My experience with Anthonys, has been absolutely HORRIBLE. The Caucasian woman with the shoulder length greasy blonde hair at the front desk who refused to provide her name was tremendously rude, Condescending, refused to answer my questions, raised her voice at me like ACTUALLY YELLING- refused to allow me to see my car. Made us stand at the window booth with payment in our hand for 10 minutes, while she talked to her coworker for about her weekend, completely disregarding us. Her statements regarding my situation include “this isn’t my problem” “your car being stolen, has nothing to do with me” - and while we stood aimlessly at the window booth for 15 minutes waiting to pay, my companion asked “what are we waiting for?” the woman at the desk responded “oh I was waiting on you guys” . Absolutely despicable, disgusting treatment/customer service. She’s truly a horrible person. And an even worse employee. I rather PUSH my car home with weights tied to my ankles than to ever use this service WILLINGLY .

Doesnt even deserve 1 star.Every encounter I have had with this company has been horrible and toxic. One occasion I introduce myself to the tow truck driver and put my hand out to introduce myself and they said I’m not shaking your hand I don’t know you like that I’m here to tow and thats it. Even though I requested roadside assistance for a jump and some gas so my car would start and they did not provide any gas and continue to tow my all-wheel-drive BMW backwards on the front wheels until I physically stop the driver who then refused to tow it.

. Unknowing to them, my car notifies me when the doors open and various other things. They repeatedly go in & out of my car, my airpods showed me where my car was, which means they were being touched & who knows what else they were touching inside my car during this time. To rummage through my belongings & charge $550 for 2 hours is absurd!

Terrible experience!! The place is trash. They are extortionists and you are victimized twice. My car was towed there after an accident. The front desk woman is an unbalanced liar. She would not let me retrieve some of my work equipment from my car unless she got paid (even though they have a sign in front of the office window stating that you can). When I tried to get an explanation to why this could not be done, she got very agitated and aggressive and said either the insurance company should call her or if I pay the bill I could get to my car. I told her the accident happened the day before and I did not have a report from the police yet, and I just needed a few items from the car. She started to insert herself into the accident saying that she was a eyewitness to my accident (she never stop to help. What a "Great person"), that I was speeding (the other driver ran the red light), and that there was blood in the car door (mind you I was the only one in the car and I had no cuts on me). Seeing she was running out of excuses she stated that she had a lengthy conversation with me about this issue the day before when I called to find out if my car was towed to this shop. I looked at my cell phone and the called I had made was only 2 minutes long ( just enough for her to check if they were the one'that had my car). Really crazy woman?!? Then she tried to gaslight me, saying that I must have hit my head and forgot about the conversation. So this animal of female was trying everything to bully me into agreeing with her crazy lies. All the while there was a guy sitting next to her just shaking his head like a dumb bobble head doll and not making any effort to disengage the situation. Garbage at it's finest!!In the end I paid the bill to get my car out of the garbage establishment (if you can call it that). Once I had access to my car the so called blood was actually bird shit!!! Too bad besides being an animal she's also not very smart (well..,no surprise there). Had she been more sympathetic or should I say a decent human being and was willing to help the shop could have made good profit once the insurance company removed the car from the lot. Instead they made not even 10% of it could have been the cost by making me pay for it.Shame on them for being so greedy and crappy people. Got my car and save the insurance company some money LOL.
