My trusted long time mechanic closed his business this week, forcing me to find a new shop. My neighbor recommended Annex and when I saw the 5 star average I knew I found my new place. Plus its less than a mile from my house and they open before 8am, which makes for easy car drop off before work. Friendly service and a clean, organized shop were also positives. Got a simple oil change today on my 2021 and will definitely be back as any car need arises.

Fixed our SUV brake line for less than half the price another auto repair shop quoted. I'm very satisfied with the work. And the mechanic is super friendly and professional. Recommend to anyone who thinks they are over-charged by the auto repair shop. Switch to this auto repair shop and you won't be disappointed. Plus they charge no money looking up your car's problem (we were charged $60 at another shop).Services: Brakes

I was recommended to them by my neighbor. They are very efficient with accurate diagnostic, repair, and affordable prices. They do not disappoint. Dawn, Jim and Todd are friendly and professional and will work with you to fit you in a timely manner for an appointment because they are constantly busy. I recommend to see them first before going to any other automotive repair shop. I am very pleased with their work and now I go regularly for oil changes and repairs if needed.Services: Oil change

~I have used Annex for somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 years. In those years there have been 3 owners, all of which have been from the same mold…people of true integrity.~When I drop my car off, I don’t spend the day sweating like I have dropping my vehicles off at dealerships, or other repair facilities!!!~I highly recommend them…and I do believe you’ll be highly satisfied!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got my alternator replaced and they did it quickly and for 300 less than Meineke in Branford quoted me. So they are fair and reasonable price wise. Also, they didn't try to sell me a battery that I didn't need. (Like Meineke tried to do). So that leads me to believe they're honest as well. Quick turn around time too.
