They manufactured and installed a shower enclosure in my newly renovated bathroom. Their price was $1,000 less than the next lowest bid.They showed up for the measuring appointment on time and had a quote to me that afternoon.Everyone involved was professional and courteous.Product was delivered and installed on time quickly and with perfection.Can't recommend more highly.

I have been their customer for 7 years. They got bought over by new owner, and service gone down hill. I called for service to give them more of my business and service was terrible. Carlos pretends to be the owner their and is extremely rude, 3 days no call backs, fraudulent prices - its a disaster.

Had the glass to a picture I purchased replaced but when I went to pick up the picture the frame was bent from the glass. The glass was cut too large for the frame. I took it home anyway. When I went to hang the picture, the frame fell apart because it was not attached properly. Brought picture back to the shop and explained what happened. They fixed the frame (isn't perfect) but it was better. Disappointed about the frame being bent but glad to have my picture back on the wall with its twin pic.

I highly recommend Whaley Glass! I called them they returned my call promptly ... They came out to my business within an hour and assessed the damage to my business door which the glass was shattered . They told me they would return to complete the job by the end of the day ! What impeccable service ! They were very professional and my new glass was installed within 1 hour! Couldn't be more pleased with this company!

Whalley Glass replaced window glass in my bedroom. There was a manufacturing problem with the Low-E coating on the replacement glass. Eric was so incredibly responsive, kind, and quick to fix the problem and redo the job. Now it is perfect! Thank you Eric & your Team!
