So Today I went to 7-Eleven around 12:05-12:10 and I had 2 coupons for free slurpees the officers gave me at PAL (Police Activity League) Summer Camp . I went to the Store on Foxon Blvd. in New Haven got 2 slurpees and went up to the cashier and I gave him the 2 coupons for free but he didn't wanna accept them so a whole argument started and he yelled at me (11 year old) and at my grandmother (70 years old) to get out because we were claiming what was on the coupon. It looked like he was the manager, average hight, average weight, grey hair and round face and his accent was Indian.

Store claims to be 24/7 but is not they put up a sign saying gas only from until 5 am no food drinks or any merchandise available for purchase this probably is a franchise issue I suggest the 7-11 franchise look in to the location and owners contract I’m sure they should be selling 7-11 merchandise and if this is ok with the 7-11 franchise I suggest you have your store hours change on the web and be more clear to customers who are driving to your business franchise to buy food cigarettes and Anything else this is false advertisement

They pretty much have everything in stock that you need but be prepared to have patience here because these guys will make you wait as if you’re not important…I think this location is more concerned about the online orders to the point where they will literally leave customers standing in line while they’re making online orders…I know that the online orders are important but I believe the customers in the store come first.

Don’t go here. They sell you open items. When I realized it I had already walked out the door. One second later I figured it out. Went back in to get one that wasn’t opened. They proceeded to tell me they don’t sell that and then would not give me the new item. If I had time I would have called the police.

Ordered Uber eats from them. They didn't at all have what I ordered in the bag. When I called them to try to rectify the situation they hung up on me three times.

I mean it's a decent store, never ate anything hot, but love there 2 for 2 dollars deals on beverages, so I go here when I don't want to go to the grocery store.
