“Great Pharmacy! They always get my perscription filled. The staff is always great and they have gone above and beyond for me more than once. There was a few months when because of my insurance I had to go to CVS they had problems filling my perscription every month for 4 months. I was like I don't know why this is a problem I never had this issue elsewhere. They told me I should go elsewhere so I called my insurance company and now I am happily back at Petricones getting my perscription on time every month with no problem. Can't thank them enough for all they do.”
“Downside, they aren't open on Sunday. However, I should have known this and messed up and didn't have enough for my dogs meds on Sunday. I left a message because I was concerned so I left a message. Joe called me back as soon as he could and was willing to help me! We decided my dog could wait a day and instead I came in first thing on monday morning. Always great customer service and very professional!”

“Would give it 5 stars but their fruit is never good...a bag of any kind of mandarin oranges are always bad..either moldy or squished, no flavor. The apples, pears, cantaloupe always look good on the outside but inside either rotten or squishy. We buy everything from Big Y but have given up on their fruit selections.”

“I remember coming here when it was just price chopper and tammy was the food service manager so I'm going back a few years. Back then the place was pretty good, but then tammy left and got a new manager in the food department and the place was a terrible place to go. I felt so bad for those employees that worked hard but got stuck with the lady that replaced tammy, she was always rude to her employees,, always outside smoking her cigarettes, always on her phone, and you never saw her without a doughnut in her mouth. I always wanted to say something to her but never did. Now the place is as good if not better now that its market 32.”

“Pretty good store in general, been going here for years and haven’t had any major issues. The one thing I will say is that the pharmacy does close in the middle of the day for about a half an hour for lunch which can be very inconvenient. During this time their computer locks, so even if you’re in the middle of getting your prescription at the time it closes, you’re out of luck and have to come back another time. Other than that it’s a great and very convenient pharmacy!”

“I've been a customer here at Burlington CVS for many many years. I have always been treated with respect by all the staff especially in Pharmacy Dept. The COVID has created a lot more Stress on this Dept. I commend all the staff especially the Pharmacist Mark, Fred, etc for their dedication and willingness to always address any of my concerns. I've tried other Pharmacies in Torrington none can compare. I find it very convenient and usually can find whatever I need. Very convenient and love the Drive thru. Only thing I don't care for is the ....recording to call in ...refills !! Far Too long and most of information doesn't apply to me. Very frustrating as goes thru all my medication available for refills etc. If i want it I'd let them know rather than go thru this every single time I call. I wish there was a way I could bypass it and just leave refill #. Wish corporate would make that happen I'm pretty sure in not the only one who feels this was about call in recordings! Otherwise I appreciate everyone who works there.”

“I like this pharmacy. Cashiers may sometimes be a little abrupt. But I think it is more cultural differences than rudeness. And I love the pharmacist, the lady. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. She worked at this pharmacy since I moved to Unionville more than ten years ago. She is always nice, efficient, and prompt with answers.”
“Used the computer. It was easy to figure out. There was a guy right there so as soon as I finished up, he printed out the photos while I waited, less than 3 minutes. It was 2 photos, cost me less than $1.”

“Very nice staff, of course they make little errors for example address trying to get it correct. They can get one part correct but the other part not and as a customer I’d like to double and triple check to make sure that they have it correct when picking up scripts. If they notice that there was an error they will be nice about it and say we put the wrong number in the system and we will fix it right away.”

“These people do it "old school" and that is way I like it. Very Professional. Make sure you pay cash so they don't get charged the credit cards fees or you might end up with a CVS and nobody wants that!”
