“Russell was very helpful at the Newtown UPS store! I had gone to the new Milford UPS store where they were not helpful in assisting me with returning an item to Dyson. I left there irritated and was hesitant to drive 30 minutes to another UPS store, but I am so glad I did. The staff at the Newtown road UPS were much more pleasant upon arrival than the new Milford store and Russell was Very prompt and accommodating. I was out in less than 5 minutes!”

“We needed to have quality printing for a funeral program. We were able to design it on Canva but had to go to a trusted place for printing. I called this staples and Kate answered the phone. After explaining what we were looking for Kate reassured us it could be done. Kate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with printing services. “I walked in without an appointment to submit passport applications for my family. I would not advise doing so without making an appointment online, but we were in the area and we had the documents in the car with us so we took the chance. A representative named Randy was able to accommodate us and processed the two applications with machine-like efficiency. The entire process took about 10 minutes. Great customer service.Sometimes you just get lucky, but this seems to be a well-run post office. The representative in the booth next to us assisted about six other customers with various requests while my family was being helped. An individual who appeared to be a supervisor also came in from the mail processing area a handful of times to ensure that everything was moving.Overall, a great experience and I plan on returning for other shipping and administrative needs.”

“Well contrary what the other reviews said, I always had a great experience at the main St post office in Danbury ct, he always tries to help, once he did not shipped my return package because he thought was too expensive for me to pay, instead he asked me to call the merchandise costume service and ask for a return shipment label. I think that was very nice! He could had just charged me and moved on, but he didn’t. I guess maybe we just need to start the conversation with a “Hi, how are you today?” .5 stars!”

“Located on the green in New Milford. Parking along the front of the green. The lot inside has a lot of spots including handicapped parking. This is a typical older looking post office. The inside is very narrow but makes it easy for the line to flow. All of the workers I have dealt with in the past have been friendly and nice. I've always found that post offices in smaller towns are much better than in the cities.”
“Champ the counter guy is like no other. He has a rather enjoyable dead pan type of humor about him. Fast, prompt customer service and you're in and out pretty quick and at a fair price. Hrs are weird so make sure you check in advance.”
