Kimberly was wonderful to work with. She greeted us with a big smile and took us to see the pups we were interested in. As we visited with the pups, she answered questions, gave advice and helped us through the adoption process quickly and efficiently. We left with our new puppy that same day!Another reason we chose NFSAW is because they participate on social media and that's how I became aware of their dedication and diligence in getting their residents adopted and announcing it so everyone knows.I think they are all AWESOME and highly recommend the service they provide, not only to those looking to adopt, but also to the dogs and cats in their care. I rate them a 10 out of 10,!

Great place to find your new fur baby. I volunteer there and did one foster. It was great to know you are helping find homes for these animals. Teddy Bear was in hurricane IAN and trucked to the shelter from St Augustine Florida. My two granddaughters also have cats from the shelter and volunteer also. They are self sustaining. Please help this wonderful animal shelter. Foster, adopt volunteer. Don’t shop adopt. You won’t be disappointed.

As an animal lover I could recommend improvements. One of the head staff there is very rude and there were 2 sick cats that seemed almost forgotten about for hours. The rest of the staff were very friendly however and made up for the poor communication the first lady had. The rest of the animals seem well taken care of and there are plenty of volunteers.

We are fostering these beautiful cats with the saddest story. Hoping they get adopted soon. The shelter is amazing, the people are so caring and warm.

My son and I both had a great experience adopting my little peanut farmer named Pedro the girls that were there made the adoption extremely pleasant those girls work very hard with the animals and you're very good with them

The people there do a great job. The animals are clean and healthy.The community donates supplies to help out.

We have adopted two dogs from this animal shelter. They care about their animals as a first priority. You are allowed to meet the animals and see if you click before completing the application, unlike other places that make you decide based on photos alone. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new furever friend.
