I wanted to get a glass / crystal heart-shaped paperweight engraved. They didn't have one nor did they look in any of their catalogs to order one for me. So I purchased one online. Brought it back for engraving. They charged me $15 for bringing in my own item and $135 for engraving 3 lines on the heart. Thought that was kind of pricey as the paperweight was only 4 1/2 inches. The engraving was done perfectly but it really didn't stand out on the glass like I hoped it would.

We had them engrave a necklace for our holiday party. It came out way better than I could even imagine!! The turn around time was so quick too! THANK YOU SO MUCH ?

Wonderful mom and pop shop. They saved the day when I called after being invited to a baptism on very short notice. My request was also a little challenging because of the length of the engraving, but they were culturally sensitive and made it work. The piece came out beautifully in the end.
