I ordered a sale item for my girlfriend and I ordered the size based on the size chart on the website. I do not recall it's saying anything about exchanges or returns in fact I received a return sheet with my order. there are no tags whatsoever on this item so I have no way to verify that it is actually the size that I ordered. I immediately called but nobody answered I'm curious because the area code is not a Connecticut area code I have no idea where it is but they are supposedly a Connecticut business, after receiving no response from my phone call I emailed their customer service and you can see the responses that I received below. I was told they wanted to keep me as a new customer and asked what could they do I simply wanted to exchange the item. I was not looking for a refund, I just wanted the item that I ordered. As you can see the response I received was to "re-gift" the item!!! I try to support Connecticut businesses, but I can no longer support this one.

The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I placed an order approximately a year ago, and have yet to receive my order-- it still says "Pending". I have made many inquires, and have always been told a different reason about the manufacturing about why I haven't received my order. I finally asked to just be given my money back, since I'm clearly not getting the Item I ordered.... I was told it would be processed the next day. That was a few months ago, and I still have yet to see a refund. Never once has anyone from this company gotten back to me after I hear at the end of every phone call they will do just that.

Fabulous website. I've ordered from here several times. The quality of their stockings is phenomenal. Great selection and prices. My order is always filled and shipped promptly. I'm always happy with my purchase.
