“Over the past three years the Doran Brothers team managed two emotionally charged moves for my mother. Our last being particularly challenging. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving company. Christine was helpful with pre-move tips. She never tired of answering questions regarding disposing of unwanted items and how we could contribute efforts to packing. She was an amazing hand holder during stressful times and with difficult decisions. For each move she sent the “A” team. By the end of our second move Raul and his team were like family. Not one item was delivered damaged. An amazing feat in itself. On the first move a long lost piece of jewelry was found and returned during packing that made my mother’s decade! Jessica was very accommodating in getting us access, including contacting our son, the owner of the unit, in Chicago, cutting off the lock, and providing a new lock at a reasonable price. But more than anything, she was calm and reassuring. Our family has used this location for over 10 years. It is always a pleasant experience, even when challenging.”

“Jesus the guy at the front desk that helped me the day I checked in was wonderful kind uobeat and knew every answer to whatever questions I asked BUT, Unfortunately...the following day I spoke to a girl named Jay letting her know I was referring her to a boutique retail owner that wanted to switch from Westy's to CubeSmart and because of her poor customer service skills, lost a very good potential customer. I love this CubeSmart, but after speaking with Jay, I knew CubeSmart wouldn't land the huge sale with the couple I referred them too. She sounded lethargic and LAZY, TIRED "OF HER JOB TYPE" and the people that I referred said the same thing and it was a huge turn off to them. I told them I was sorry they had that experience and knew that they would of switched if Jesus was working..."Jay" needs to be "retrained" or let go.”

Victor is incredible, he handled our move in reservation over the phone, made the process smooth at check in and checked me in to the unit along with the movers. Victor did an incredible professional job and made the entire experience exceptional. Professional, kind, courteous and professional. Best experience I’ve had at a storage facility.
The premises is safe, looks new and spotless, the units are safe and secure. 9 ft ceilings to stack items. Fast elevators and several flat bed dolleys. There is an unloading bay for large trucks and makes it a seamless experience for the movers, with direct access to dolleys and elevators.
Overall excellent staff led by Victor and best in class facility. Moving isn’t always fun, Victor and the Westy team made it a lot better. Big thank you!”
