New Canaan you got a winner! Let's make it clear, I'm not a fan of leaving reviews but I making it my duty to share this experience. The general manager Victoria's above and beyond involvement along with her 2 Polo savvy knowledgeable sales associates Corey and Krista will give you a helluva shopping excursion. You have to experience it for your self, ask for them by name. ?% you will not be disappointed. My wife and I are still talking about it, how about that. P.S. super dog friendly.Keep up the superb work guys, don't change anything. See you soon.

Purchased a pair of slim fit cargo pants wasn’t sure what would be the right size and Douglas brought out a couple different sizes from downstairs no hesitation ended up getting the 36 which fit very well and Douglas gave me a recommendation on the proper way to wash them. I mean Douglas is the best and Customer Service was Superb!! Ralph Lauren New Canaan is the place to be?

Recently went in for a pick-up of on-line order. Item didn't fit correctly so the staff made excellent alternative recommendations AND they had in-stock all the recommendations in my size. The staff could not have been more knowledgeable and personable!

One of my first retail employment experiences was with Polo Ralph Lauren at an outlet location when I was in high school. As I was touring the former parish I walked into the store to view the buildings layout and product inventory. It was beautifully presented, with a great selection of the latest fashions, appropriately staffed and following all safety guidelines reflective of the mandates of the pandemic. The store not only represents the town in a complimentary manner but it is also a credit to the company as a whole.It is not merely a vision of beauty Ralph Lauren has created but a philosophy.

Used to be a big fan of Ralph Lauren since Rachel worked there LOL. Store is good and service. Hope they will try and bring some newer and cooler designs.

I have never been to the store. I have been working with Krista and she is amazing! She had the task of calling me since I was on a waitlist for Olympic gear. She was ON TOP of everything. I actually keep stalking her for more. She is wonderful! Thanks, Krista. :)

To put it simply, the sales associates are rude, pretentious, and make every shopping experience a complete nightmare. I now avoid going there at all costs and shop at the Ralph Lauren in the city instead.

Douglas was a gentleman. Will spend a bit more time shopping here when I’m in the area. Every one is good for conversation and if you need help sizing don’t even mention it. They’ll take good care.

I was completely swept away with the superb assistance provided by an RL sales specialist named Laurie Stine. Ask for Laurie. She's lovely. Very helpful and pleasant. In no way pushy or snobbish. I have been ignored in the past at that same store but not today. I didn't plan to really shop when I initially entered the store but I saw some shoes that I HAD to have and she helped me build a beautiful outfit around the SHOES:D I ended up spending $3k and leaving extremely happy.

By far best customer service! I stopped by the store to purchase a suit and Nick was amazing. While he was taking measurements of the piece, I didn't even have to say a word. He read my mind and executed very well!
