“I've known about Cartridge World for many years prior to this review. Not wanting to add to landfills I've recycled numerous laser toner and ink cartridges with Greg who very graciously accepts them. In past office settings, I'm the go to guy if there are problems with the printer(s) and printing. So I took a chance on purchasing a second hand Epson Stylus Photo 1400 thinking I could get the unit for photo printing. I have a very good friend and excellent photographer who was a Marketing and Sales manager for Epson. His demo units made gorgeous prints from a portfolio of company demonstration and personal digital images. After running many nozzle cleanings, alignments and test patterns, I was unsuccessful in getting the 1400 to print properly. Maintenance utilities consumes lots of ink and resulted in several empty ink cartridges. When these were returned to Greg we started talking about the printer they came from and my attempts to revive the 1400. Greg advised me to speak with his partner Al. Brought the printer in for Al to work on who was successful in reviving the Epson Stylus Photo 1400 and producing beautiful photo prints. Replacement ink cartridges work perfectly and results are not discernible from OEM cartridges. Norwalk Cartridge World is highly recommended and THE place for all your printers and printer consumables.”

“All of my poster business will now be done with PostNet. I had 17 posters to be printed - 2’x3’ in size. I ordered my posters originally from an on-line service, and the night before my event, I found out they would not arrive to me on time. I called PostNet at 4pm, and Frank the owner was absolutely amazing. He was able to give me an email and upload all my files to him by the next morning. He had them printed and ready for my event by 2pm. (And it was a bonus to how convenient the store front is off of 95). This was a very important project to me personally, and I want my gratitude to shine through this review. I have worked in the print industry for a career, and I can also attest to the quality of the vinyl and the images. They were clear to the point that you could see the turf particles flying into the air in an action shot of a lacrosse player. My original files wouldn’t open, and rather than Frank calling me, he was able to trouble shoot with his in-house designer. His designer had to take my file from photoshop to illustrator to fix an issue - but just did it! To find an owner so kind, competent and accommodating is a gem. Frank rocks!”

“What an awesome place! My flights have gotten cancelled for 2 days trying to get out of White Plains, NY in computer glitch that shut airports down! I came into this business and explained situation and that I was not able to fly home, but instead to next work week. I needed a bunch of reports printed. They have an email that you send your stuff to and it emails you back a code. You put code in printer and it prints everything off for you! They walked me through all of it and were so helpful when I was in a bit of a panic! It’s so simple! Thanks for everything you did!”
