“This was my first time going to the Wilton post office since moving here and I had a pleasant experience. Kevin, the USPS employee who helped me, was kind and professional. I noticed that they have a self service kiosk but I didn't use it but definitely good to know. The post office in Wilton is very nice and right in the town center. I would recommend this post office to anyone living in Wilton or surrounding areas. Giving them five out of five stars.”

“Having read some of these nasty reviews including two people from other towns, I just wanted to say that I have only had good experiences at the PO and everyone working there has always been professional and friendly.”
“I’m changing my previous review since I was able to pick up my item. Thank you to Chelsea who was so nice to quickly finding my package. It’s 4 stars instead of 5 because the postman marked my package as “return to sender” which troubled me when I checked the tracking. He apparently do not do redelivery I’m assuming because he marked it that way thus I cannot request for redelivery when I tried. Good thing the PO is less than 10 mins away when walking. I’m just concerned that this is a great inconvenience for disabled people if they cannot request for a redelivery.”

I had a priority package very late containing an important medication….. the supervisor, not only followed up himself to locate but followed up with me constantly to make sure that it was received as fast as possible. Everyone was kind and pleasant, and they deserve the same in return!!”

“Understaffed, no kiosk, but the clerk is fabulous and tried so hard to serve everyone quickly and efficiently, with a smile.
If they had a self-service kiosk it would help this place out SO much.

“The door sensors Locks are outdated and unreliable. Often times staff have to manually open door to let you in. if your not non key post office box holders you’ll be outside hoping someone is coming to the rescue you. For those of you wanting a red carpet and superb customer service from staff...reality check they work hard pushing your packages, who cares about their attitudes...they put up with a lot of rotten customers, they do their job to the best of their human abilities. Friendly or not, Never had a problem with tracking and packages are always delivered. Definitely choose them over other delivery services.”

“Best local post office of all time! I wasn't sure if something was delivered so Frank from the Cos Cob Post Office called me personally to say he was going past my house and would take a picture! Seriously, doesn't get better than that! Thanks CCPS!”
