“I’ve been shopping at the Pet Supplied store in Stamford since it opened a few years ago. Every time that I’ve been there I have had an excellent experience: Outstanding customer service, helpful, polite, caring towards my pups, all my questions answered, and they take time to help me find all the products that I’m looking for. If a product is not at the store they will order it.And so my last visit was no difference! I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriella who is absolutely amazing and has truly has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills! ? I’m very thankful that she took time to help me with my purchase and find all the things that I needed. I truly had an excellent experience from beginning to end as Gabriella truly went above and beyond and went the extra mile for me! Thank You! ☺️”

“For all looking for an ethical fish store this is the one. They truly care about the animals and what homes they are going to. Under the new ownership you can even see pictures of the nitrogen cycle at the cash register for people who may not be informed of cycling the tank before getting fish. I have always gone to this location due to convenience, while before it wasn’t to much better than petco or petsmart to me, this new management truly cares about the animals and the customer and it shows. The fresh water plant selection is the best your gonna get, for in store pickup plants. The fish selection grows each week as the store expands! Not only that but they have put in a filtration system for the betta’s which is heart warming for a person who is a big believer in the 5 gal min, heater, and good filtration. They give honest advice that clearly comes from experience and don’t just try to just sell you fish. Their fish food is great quality as well. None of the items are overpriced and honestly the most affordable for miles! This is a must stop fish store coming from someone with 3 fresh and 1 salt tank!”

“Absolutely the best bird store in a 20 mile radius. Birds were happy and young, clearly well taken care of. The owner was there and so helpful. We are getting an English Budgie (bread by the owner, kept in the “nursery” and hand/fed until ready) and so excited!!”
“I've been going here for years for my pets' needs. They carry the grain-free, good quality food we like and lots of treats/toy options. The store is clean, organized and well-stocked. The staff are always friendly and offer to help me carry the food to my car.”
“I've been using this product since Christmas 2015. It works great! In 2014, our cat Preciousboy destroyed the Christmas tree. He chewed the branches, climbed it and knocked it over nightly. I bought a new tree and Grannick's Bitter Apple Spray for Christmas 2015. I will be putting up the same tree I bought in 2015 on Thanksgiving weekend!”

“These days, it’s quite rare to receive adequate customer service, let alone exceptional. In a search for a specific food, I was lucky enough to have Cindy answer my call today. I explained that their location was a bit far from me and that I have a young child on a schedule. My dog (with a heart condition and specified raw diet) had been without her food due to delivery issues, and I was in a pinch. Without hesitation, Cindy offered to bring my order to her home which was at least 20+ minutes closer to me, and I could pick it up there. I’m not sure any other business would have done this for a non customer. Truly an exceptional experience and wonderful person. I will be driving to Darien any chance I get, and you should too!”
“We were looking for a kitty to come and live with us and our rescue dog. We found an extraordinary little kitty. The staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about the different personalities under their care. They sent us home with blankets, toys and food for our new boy. We will certainly go there for our next rescue!”

“I love Petco. All of the staff are great. The only problem is that I have a pet bunny and she only loves certain food/treats. of course, the one she loves, I have a hard time getting them at the stores. I am not an online order person, I prefer to go to the store and check things out.”
“I’ve been volunteering at PAWS for 9 years! I love volunteering there. I look forward to seeing the kitties that I work with every time I go in! I work with the cats. Specifically the misunderstood cats. My family and I have also adopted from PAWS. They were wonderful additions to our home. The staff here is friendly and they generally know a lot about both cats and dogs. Yes they have dogs there too! I tell everyone about PAWS. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the shelter, lots of bright colors (the shelter was founded in the 60’s, so maybe that’s why there’s a lot of bright colors?) and the rooms that the animals are in, are just beautiful! They have a lot of sweet cats there, I’m sure the dogs are sweet too! Please consider, PAWS for your next fur baby❤️”

“Realized I ran out of cat food 25 minutes before they closed. My cat has some dietary restrictions so I couldn’t just go to the grocery store to pick up food. I called the store and they were so kind and understanding. They found the specific food I needed for my kitty, and had it at the register when I arrived even though they closed in 5 minutes. Everyone was so kind and understanding!”
