Pet Pantry is the best! Jake & Michelle are helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their products. There is a huge assortment of dog food (including international brands) and toys. If Timber had thumbs she would give it 2 thumbs up!!

This is a wonderful store with a great selection of things for your pet. I'm specifically writing this review to thank Jake for all of his help in fitting my 2 dogs for new harnesses. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Many thanks.

I had a very unpleasant experience. I'm not one to write a bad review about any business but I feel like this should be pointed out. I had called the warehouse and told them that I had bought a brand (dog food) but the wrong flavor. I proceeded to tell the gentlemen that I had bought it from a different store not one of there stores and if it was okay if I could come and exchange mine for the right flavor I was looking for. He said oh yes you can and there's a price difference. I got to the store came in and instantly didn't feel welcome there was a gentleman and a women (employee's) the lady was great she helped. I guess there was a mix up and the gentleman got all defensive and said oh no that's not what I said! I let that comment go and processed to the counter to exchange the dog food. I showed him The receipt and he immediately said we can't take it because it's not from our store! The way he said it was very rude as well as not what he told me over the phone. I will not be taking my business to your warehouse anymore.

Very friendly place to purchase food and items for your pet. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They help out with any questions and you can tell they love it there. A great local place.

Dog wash in the store is perfect, in a private room, (for doggie privacy of course), and was very clean and orderly! A selection of shampoo and conditioner were included. Store itself was neat and tidy, easy to find products on shelves, etc. I definitely recommend this location.
