Had a bad bearing with my trailer, and I called these guys and they were so helpful! They walked me through the whole process on how to change the bearings, along with the seal which I did not know about.They also taught us how to properly grease the bearings. They ordered the right bearings and seals and had them for me next day. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Borrowed the boyfriend's Dodge Ram pickup yesterday morning because we were having our first ice storm. Kinda used the wipers on the icy windshield because I was in a hurry. Kinda broke the rubber off on one. Was so miserable as I was having a tough time seeing, so Googled part stores nearby and found Napa in New Canaan. I never expected the awesome experience that I had!! Even though I was a little miserable with my answers to the questions about the truck, once RJ realized that I knew nothing about the vehicle, he went out of his way to find the correct wiper blades and even installed them!! Thank goodness as I can barely see over the top of the hood on the truck. So thanks to RJ and New Canaan NAPA, my good mood was restored and I was able to see where I was going again immediately. And, he even discarded my receipt for me so that the boyfriend would never know. :) Thanks RJ for the special treatment even though I was a little (OK a lot) moody when I walked in, you overlooked that and made my day so much better.

I have been doing business with Napa in New Canaan for over 25 years. Their service has always been great! Within the last few years RJ has become very involved in the family business and has gone above and beyond in every aspect to ensure a high level of service. Great Job!
