Very slow to get items made, and no information about when jobs will be completed. Doesn't seem to care about customer service unfortunately.

I have ordered a number of items from Nantucket Monogram over the years and have always found them professional and delivered items on time and as expected. Most recently order face masks dying Covid outbreak and LOVE them.

I wanted to support local but this business owner doesn't know how to run their operation whatsoever. I've had multiple friends not able to get in touch with them too last year and this spring. No working email address for the company, it bounces back, they don't call or text you back, doesn't answer social media. not surprised they didn't make it on nantucket or in their own storefront in New Canaan. They now share a store space. Business owner needs to take a class in business 101!

Rude, unprofessional. So not worth it. Don't go. Brooke literally just hung up on me before I was finished speaking. "Summer Hours" mean nothing. Think they're entertaining themselves and calling it a "business ".
