Very slow to get items made, and no information about when jobs will be completed. Doesn't seem to care about customer service unfortunately.

I have ordered a number of items from Nantucket Monogram over the years and have always found them professional and delivered items on time and as expected. Most recently order face masks dying Covid outbreak and LOVE them.

Rude, unprofessional. So not worth it. Don't go. Brooke literally just hung up on me before I was finished speaking. "Summer Hours" mean nothing. Think they're entertaining themselves and calling it a "business ".
