“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”

“I've been shopping at this store for years and consider it the best in Connecticut; bar none! I always get a great advice and find the staff goes out of their way to help me. Simply put, the service is superb; for example, yesterday I returned jeans that I bought for my husband online (bad fit). When I made the online purchase, I was not aware that the return had to be mailed to the factory. Margret offered to mail the items from the store which was a very pleasant surprise and saved me a lot of driving time. Keep up the good work!”
