The Entire team at Manfredi Jewels was so kind to me from the initial phone call that I Made I was put in touch with Darla we had a brief conversation and I was invited to come in and talk about what I was hoping to get.I went in and all I can say is wow the level of respect I was treated with is like no other me and my family are very Happy we were able to come into a great store like this and with time end up Purchasing my Dream watch from this store! I cannot wait to do business with Manfredi Jewels Again!

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing Manfredi is, their employees, and their customer service!! Always so friendly and kind no matter what. I brought in 2 chains that needed repair, and even though I wasn’t spending a ton of money, they still treated me with the up most respect and kindness. I appreciate that so much considering I’m 24 and tend to get treated a little less than because people in stores don’t think I will spend a lot. They don’t care if you spend $1 or a million, they will treat you the best no matter what!! The chains were fixed quickly and they did a fabulous job. Thank you!!

I’ve been looking for a GMT II for years as a personal milestone gift. I’ve gone to multiple AD’s and I’ve tried establishing a relationship and it’s amounted to nothing and half the time it’s as if you’re a burden.On a friend’s recommendation I visited Manfredi’s and met Joe & Darla Jo and it felt different. Between those two you can talk watches and history for hours & more importantly they care. It was intimate, fun & complete opposite from what I’ve experienced everywhere else. When Joe gave me the call I think he was as excited as I was, it’s hard to find genuine people in this industry nowadays. I’m very grateful to them, it’s a piece I’ve been dreaming about for a long time, I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had an absolute amazing experience here at Manfredi in New Canaan. From the moment you walk into the beautiful store, you are kindly greeted and feel very welcomed. I had the great pleasure of being helped by Joe. Joe was a true gentleman throughout the entire process of purchasing a watch. He is personable, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The Grinch has been a long time client of Manfredi Jewelers in New Canaan. Not many people know this, but ever since his heart grew three sizes that day, he has had an eye for fine jewelry and luxury watches. I think it’s his new found “Sparkle”. Whether he has his green eye set on an Engagement Ring for Martha May Who, the Rolex James Cameron DeepSea or nice pair of earrings for Cindy Lou, he has always counted on the team at Manfredi. Darla Jo, Joe, Roberto and Roberta have always taken the absolute best care of Mr. Grinch… regardless of the termites in his smile or the garlic in his soul!I’m only writing this review for Mr. Grinch since the cell service is still pretty spotty at the top of Mt. Crumpit and he wanted to make sure that anyone still looking for the perfect gift for that special someone this holiday season knows that they absolutely need to go see his friends at Manfredi Jewelry in New Canaan!Happy Holidays Everyone!
