“Palmers pharmacy is a very unique place in the sense that it's service oriented. Unlike big chain companies rushing you out, at Palmers they wants to get to know their customers in order to better serve them. Interestingly this the only place around town you will find where they make up creams, animals medicine, or any special type of compound prescription (all hand made in front of you). The owner Louis is very nice, knowledgeable, and is very open to helping you out with any of your medical needs. This indeed is a very special place, and right next door to the greenwich hospital.”

“The juice is freshly made at the juice bar in the back of the store. I recommend the everything juice with beets, carrots, celery, kale, ginger, spinach and lemon.The falafel are amazing! I enjoyed them on a salad with fresh greens and yummy dipping sauce. Hummus ? is creamy with just the right balance of ingredients.It’s a small Mom & Pop shop that offers delicious foods with a smile ?10/10 in my opinion! Parking is convenient and there are also some other small business shops that neighbor in the same plaza.”

“customer service is good, it just gets busy. Minh is actually extremely helpful. the problem is workers are overworked and the addition of having to take back amazon returns has only made the job harder. Also from what i hear amazon shortened the break time by 5 minutes, making everything harder for employees. they do try, but they also have to deal with angry greenwich karens, so maybe they looks tired sometimes. that's the only negative thing, but karens should not treat workers like their household staff.”
