Unbelievable, stood at the front by the register for a solid three minutes with my girlfriend. Two people behind the counter, both speaking to each other, never once said hi to us. We were just left to use the kiosk that doesn’t allow you to make certain selections that you need to speak to an employee for anyway!I’m a very tall person so if there ever were the excuse of “I didn’t see them”, it would not apply here.If you are the owner of this location and you see this review, check the camera that was staring back at us. 2/24 8:25am

Don't stop at this Dunkin if you can avoid it. 3 employees behind the counter, 'be back soon' sign taped to the register and lady behind the counter screaming at customers that she will be back when she's ready! Proceed to the next plaza.

Always use convenient drive-thru service. Well situated store, easily accessible. Service quality is subject to today's life complexity. Too many available food options coupled with speediness often causes ordering errors. Dunkin' needs to fix this! Maybe have window server quickly review your order before placing? Starbucks uses real-time display screen as order is given... so customer \"helps\" server correct errors!

Very convenient location off the highway and clean facility. The bathroom was clean.
