Horrible. No one is ever at the front or working. i’m constantly having to interrupt the pharmacy to find someone. They send confirmation emails when things aren’t ready or have even been cancelled. i received a confirmation my canvas prints were ready, showed up, waited forever, only to find out their entire machine is down and on top of that my order was somehow cancelled. I received email confirmation it was ready at 9 am this morning ps. their immediate reaction was to tell me to redo my entire canvas print order (which took me an hour atleast). I refused…. then suddenly they were able to send my order elsewhere. If corporate is reading this i blame you not the employees. i will say i like their balloons so thats a plus.

After an online sign up for a vaccine I called just b4 my appointment time. The pharmacy did not have it & did not call ! I continued to get texts reminding me of my vaccine appointment. They told me to go online & sign up again. Really? Walgreens here I come.

Been a customer here for 10+ years and the current pharmacy staff is abominable. Unbelievable attitude towards customers, no desire to be helpful or explanatory. These are the kinds of people who will ruin your day.

They never pick up the phones at the pharmacy. Or even worse, they will pick up the phone and not say anything (probably so it stops ringing), or pick up the phone and instantly hang it up. Use any other drugstore

Worst cashier service! I usually go to CVS pharmacies because I like their service. But this specific one in New Canaan does a great job hiring the WORST and most UNPOLITE people on Earth. It feels like I’m constantly bothering them.

Price $$$ Value * Customer service by phone - good luck getting through u less you have 45 minutes. CVS has designed their phone system to make sure you can't get a live person. Pharmacy finally did answer the phone. All you can hear is background noise they never bother to pick up and start talking. Even when I said I was Dr. Rosenpenis. The other CVS location gave me wrong information. CVS prices are outrageous unless you buy four units instead of one. Every so often I check in and try CVS, but things never change for the better. Their receipts waste more tress than the New York Times. Crappy Valueless Store.

I made an appointment to get an RSV and Tetanus shot. When I got there I was told they didn't have the tetanus shot and that they tried to call me, but no one answered and he didn't leave a voice mail. My cell phone would have recorded the attempt - the person lied. He also questioned if I should get the RSV shot. I thought he was lazy and left the store. I got my other shots at Walgreens and had a very pleasant experience.

It's hell on earth. I hate going here. I have no choice because I have 14 prescriptions there and Walgreens isn't any better. You wait 10-15 mins just to ask a simple question while being ignored by everyone behind the counter.

This pharmacy has plummeted post covid. The store in its entirety is painfully understaffed but the technicians and register staff at the pharmacy are consistently unhelpful and regualrly provide conflicting information. Any remnant of customer service is long gone.
